Happy Spring!  Now that the weather is starting to improve try to get out and get active.

This is the easiest time of the year to lose weight.  Take advantage of all the season has to offer, and include the whole family. Go to the park and throw a frisbee, try a hula hoop contest with the kids, tennis anyone?
