Do you offer franchises to non-physicians?
We do not, as the Physician is the vital key to a successful clinic. Only Physicians are authorized to sign franchise documents.
What types of franchises are available?
Individual site franchises are available at this time, multiple sites can also be purchased.
What is the continuing royalty fee and how often is it paid?
The present royalty fee is 8% of gross volume. This is paid to the franchisor monthly.
What is the term of the franchise agreement? Can it be renewed?
The term of the franchise agreement is for seven ( 7 ) years. It can be renewed for two additional ( 7 ) year periods at the royalty terms of the then current franchise.
Can I sell my franchise?
A franchisee’s business can be sold, with the franchisor’s approval to a qualified buyer. The franchisor retains right of first refusal to purchase at the selling price.
What is the Advertising Fee?
Recommended advertising fee of 4% to be spent by you locally for your Lets Lose, Advanced Weight Loss Clinics operation and 1% to be contributed to all stores within your area for cooperative advertising, for a total of 5%.
How do I learn the business? Is there a training school? What does it cost?
Lets Lose, Advanced Weight Loss Clinics provides a complete training school for you and any two of your personnel included in your franchise fee.
What is my protected Territory?
A specific territory may be determined by several factors include population, zip code, county or city boundaries, fixed geographical boundaries such as rivers, street or highways, or may be identified by geographic location by a map.
Who finds the site?
We will give you site guidelines and assist you in site selection, but you find your own site and submit it for acceptance.
How long does it take to open an Lets Lose, Advanced Weight Loss Clinics franchise operation?
The time varies but normally around 10 days to 3 months from the signing of the franchise agreement.
Is financing available?
Financing is available from banks and leasing companies. Lets Lose, Advanced Weight Loss Clinics does not finance its franchisees.
